WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Before your order is shipped, each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged so your gems arrive in perfect condition. Your order will then be shipped within 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Proof of shipment and tracking confirmation to eligible customers will be emailed once order has been shipped.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY GEMS?

Unfortunately, costume jewelry is nowhere near the quality of fine jewelry and could possibly fade over time from wear and tear. You could possibly avoid these circumstances by:

▸ Remove gems before washing hands or bathing
▸ Clean gems with a soft clean cloth after each use to remove body oils, sweat or residue
